Domestic
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be in original, new condition free from any marks and/or damage from usage or installation to be eligible for a refund. The purchaser will be responsible for original and return shipping costs except in cases of defective items or if we shipped in error an item different from what was ordered. Please contact us to request a return authorization. You will be provided with a shipping label and the cost will be deducted from the refund except in exception cases noted above. You may also choose to ship a return back to us using a carrier of your choice.
International (returns from outside the USA)
